Paul Redford

Paul joined the charity in September 2024. 

He is responsible for developing our programme of philanthropy, working with charitable trusts across the country, and making sure our existing major donors feel part of the Wiltshire Air Ambulance family. Our ambition is to make sure that our kind donors can see how we are using their generous donations to fund every mission we undertake. 

Prior to joining Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Paul has worked in a variety of roles for the local authority and in retail banking that have focused on building relationships and account management.
